Improvements over the previous PLAY ARTS Kai series include the use of new parts for the hips and joints, allowing for a smoother and wider range of motion, instead of the old click-joint system.
Furthermore, a new gadget allows for eye movement, enabling the creation of a wider range of poses, while retaining the characteristic distorted forms of "Final Fantasy IX".

Among the accessories are an interchangeable face expressing his fighting expression, two Mage Masher swords to hold in each hand, a dagger to wear at the waist, a tail with dynamic angles and various interchangeable hands, including weapon handles, allowing to recreate various scenes from the series.
