Shipping costs
They are calculated automatically at checkout from the destination and the parcel’s weight/volume ratio. Combining several products is often more economical.
Delivery times
FedEx International Priority® usually takes 2–3 business days. FedEx International™ usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Duties and taxes
Depending on your destination, any applicable duties and taxes will either be paid directly at the time of your order or covered by japandco. No additional charges will be requested upon delivery.
Separate orders
Orders placed separately cannot be merged. Shipping fees therefore apply to each order.

Quick answers about delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are generally prepared within 2–5 business days. A longer lead time can apply to certain products and is shown on the product page.
Where can I find my tracking number?
It is sent in the dispatch email and can also be found under My account → My orders.
Can two orders be combined?
No. Once two orders have been placed separately, they keep their own shipping fees and tracking.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Check the parcel on delivery. If there is visible damage, report it to the carrier immediately and contact japandco with photos of the packaging and product.
