We process your order and ship it usually within 2-5 business days.*
*Attention: If your order contains items in stock and on pre-order, your package will be shipped when all items are available.
*Some items have a longer shipping time, you can find the times directly on the sheets of each product.
SHIPPING YOUR PACKAGE VIA FedEx International Priority®
Delivery will be made by FedEx International Priority® with a tracking number for each package. You will be asked to provide your delivery address when validating your order and before paying for your basket. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated according to your country and the package.
Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so that you can follow its delivery.

CAN I GROUP SEPARATE ORDERS?
We recommend that you group all your products in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, we cannot be held responsible for any damage during transport. The buyer is required to check at the time of delivery of his package, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents. In the event of damage during transport, the buyer must refuse the package.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on a Weight/Volume ratio and are charged at actual cost.
Ordering multiple products in one order is most often the most advantageous, generally by adding 1 product, the difference in shipping costs is minimal.
