📦 Preparing your package
We take the utmost care in preparing your parcels. Each product is protected with appropriate packaging. Special attention is paid to fragile items.

We process your order and ship it, usually within 2 to 5 business days .*
*Please note: if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your package will be shipped when all items are available.
*Some items have a longer shipping time — you can find the delivery times directly on each product page.
🚚 Your package will be shipped via FedEx
Delivery is handled by FedEx International Priority® or FedEx International™ , depending on the shipping method selected. A tracking number is automatically provided for each package.
You will be asked to provide your delivery address when you confirm your order and before payment. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated automatically based on the country and the size of the package.
Once your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to follow the delivery of the package.
You can also view the tracking from My Account → My Orders or via the FedEx tracking link provided.

📦 Can I combine orders placed separately?
We recommend grouping all your products into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, so shipping fees will apply to each one.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, and we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during transit. The buyer is responsible for checking the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods upon delivery. In case of damage, the buyer must refuse the package from the carrier.
💰 Delivery fees
Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on a weight/volume ratio and are billed at the actual cost.
Ordering multiple products in a single order is often more advantageous : by adding an extra product, the difference in shipping costs generally remains minimal.
🌍 Delivery times
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Via FedEx International Priority® : an average of 2 to 3 business days .
- Via FedEx International™ : an average of 2 to 5 business days .
