Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Article 6 - Payment terms
We accept various secure payment methods to make your purchases easier:

- PayPal: Pay for your purchases directly from your PayPal account
With these options, you can pay for your purchases in just a few clicks, securely and easily.
*Exchange rate fees may be charged by your bank.
All our payment methods are secure. We use state-of-the-art encryption protocols to protect your banking information.
We offer payment in 4 interest-free installments via PayPal**: Divide your purchase amount into 4 equal monthly installments with no additional fees.
**Unfortunately, some countries are not eligible for this payment method.
Article 7 - Delivery
Deliveries are made by FedEx to the address indicated at the time of ordering, which can only be within the agreed geographic area. A tracking number will be systematically sent upon shipment (email and/or text message). Transport risks are the buyer's responsibility from the moment the items leave the premises of 株式会社JAPANDCO. Upon receipt of the package, the buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging and its contents (torn packaging, signs of damage, etc.). In the event of damage during transport, the buyer must refuse the package.
If the buyer fails to claim the package, it will be returned to 株式会社JAPANDCO within a period of time, which may vary depending on the carrier (3 to 5 days). We will then keep the returned product(s) for a few days (approximately 1 week) to allow the buyer to respond. If the buyer responds, the package can be resent. However, the return and reshipping costs must be paid by the buyer in advance. No refund or other compensation will be payable following a return due to failure to claim the package by the buyer.
If the buyer voluntarily refuses the package, it will be returned to 株式会社JAPANDCO within a period of time, which may vary depending on the carrier (3 to 5 days). Once the package is received at our premises, it will be checked to ensure that all contents are intact. If the contents are intact, we will refund the order less 20% and the cost of return shipping.
In the event of non-delivery of the package, the buyer must file a complaint with the carrier when placing the order and must contact 株式会社JAPANDCO within a maximum of 10 days by email at the following address: support@japandco.net or via the contact form. 株式会社JAPANDCO undertakes to do its utmost to assist the buyer in this process.
In the event of a request to redirect the package or to have the package made available at a FedEx collection point or a third party, no refund or other compensation will be payable if the package is damaged or lost.
Article 8 - Pre-order
Pre-orders placed on the JAPANDCO website are final and cannot be canceled.
Shipping costs are subject to adjustment. Pre-ordered products are often announced very early, and final packaging dimensions may vary. In this case, we may:
- Request an additional charge if the package is larger or heavier than expected. You will then receive a secure payment link directly in your customer area.
- Offer you store credit if the package is smaller than expected.
These adjustments are generally minimal, and we strive to keep them to a minimum. You will be informed of any changes as soon as possible, generally upon receipt of your product at our premises.
Article 9 - Guarantee
All products supplied by 株式会社JAPANDCO are covered by a warranty. In the event of non-compliance with a product sold, it may be returned to 株式会社JAPANDCO, which will take it back, exchange it, or refund it. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Any return of a product under the aforementioned warranty must be subject to prior agreement from the seller (no returns will be accepted without prior agreement). Collectibles are often mass-produced, which can result in minor imperfections, most often in the paintwork. These imperfections are not guaranteed, and 株式会社JAPANDCO cannot be held responsible and will not accept claims.
In the event of a significant defect, 株式会社JAPANDCO will review the buyer's request after receiving photos of the product. However, the buyer must inspect the product through the sealed plastic. 株式会社JAPANDCO will not accept claims if the sealed plastic has been opened or damaged.
All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to the following address: support@japandco.net, no complaints will be accepted after a maximum period of 10 days after delivery.
Article 10 - Withdrawal
The JAPANDCO website does not accept order cancellations. If the buyer absolutely wishes to cancel an order, due to an error in the product(s) ordered, etc., the buyer must contact 株式会社JAPANDCO as soon as possible by email at the following address: support@japandco.net or via the contact form. A possible “credit” in the form of a PROMO CODE may be issued.
Article 11 - Import fees and taxes
Any order placed on the site may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. The seller is not required to verify and inform the buyer of applicable customs duties and taxes. These customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of an item are the buyer's responsibility and are their responsibility. To find out about them, the seller advises the buyer to inquire with the competent authorities in their country.
Article 12 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
