Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging (unopened).

The direct cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
If your return request is accepted, we will send you the necessary instructions regarding the shipment of the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Items approved for return must be shipped within 14 days of the return request approval. After this period, the return request will be automatically canceled. For orders shipped to the European Union, this period applies without prejudice to any applicable statutory rights.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Gift cards cannot be returned.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
If the goods are shipped to a country within the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide any reason.

No restocking fee will be applied to orders shipped to the European Union when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal. The direct cost of return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
