Seiko x Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood Watch (Edward Elric Model) Japan Exclusive

Seiko pays tribute to Edward Elric with this Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood collaboration watch, offered as a Japan Exclusive edition. A State Alchemist on a quest to restore his body and that of his brother Alphonse, Edward inspires a model rich in references to his story. The black dial features a red transmutation circle reminiscent of his famous coat, as well as a gold Flamel emblem. The raised hour markers evoke the screws in his mechanical arm, while the subdial at 6 o’clock incorporates the Amestris military emblem. The case back bears an engraving inspired by the inscription hidden inside his State Alchemist watch, a meaningful detail for fans of the series.

Made in Japan, this watch features a stainless steel case and bracelet paired with Hardlex crystal. Its Seiko 8T67 quartz movement offers a stated average accuracy of ±15 seconds per month and a battery life of approximately three years. The chronograph function measures time in one-fifth-second increments with a twelve-hour counter. The hands and selected hour markers feature Lumibrite coating for easier reading in the dark, particularly at the 12, 3, 6 and 9 o’clock positions. The case measures approximately 47 × 39.8 × 11.7 mm, with a total weight of approximately 120 g. Equipped with a screw-down case back and 10 ATM water resistance, the watch has a 20 mm-wide bracelet that can be adjusted to fit wrists measuring approximately 13.5 to 19 cm using the easy-adjustment system and supplied tool.

The presentation extends the tribute with a matte-finish scarlet box inspired by Edward’s coat. Its lid features the Flamel emblem in gold foil and a quote from the character in English, while the interior bears the names EDWARD ELRIC and SEIKO. Its diagonal cutout lets you admire the watch in its case, whether displayed as part of a Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood collection or retrieved each day before wearing it. The model comes with a three-year manufacturer’s warranty; the orientation of the engraving on the back may vary from one watch to another.
