The story
Yoichi Nagumo studied at the TCG alongside Taro Sakamoto and Rion Akao. Now a member of the Order, the elite unit of the Japanese Assassins Association, he masks his formidable skill behind a constant smile and a deliberately mocking attitude. His disguises, his knack for deception, and his versatile weapon allow him to change tactics before his opponents have a chance to figure it out.
Nagumo reconnects with Sakamoto to warn him of the bounty on his head, and then intervenes several times at the intersection of the Order's interests and his old friendship. Slur's appearance also prompts him to investigate Rion's death and their shared past at the TCG. Even when he keeps his intentions secret, his ties to his former classmates profoundly influence his choices.
