About
The story
Tifa Lockhart grew up in Nibelheim with Cloud, who promised one night to come and save her if he became a hero. Trained in martial arts by Zangan, she survived the massacre of the village caused by Sephiroth, but lost her father and was left severely injured. Taken in by her master, she later went to Midgar and became the owner of the Seventh Heaven bar.
A member of Avalanche, Tifa fought against Shinra while questioning the group's more radical methods. When she reunited with Cloud, she noticed inconsistencies in his memories but remained silent for fear of breaking his bond. She accompanied him out of Midgar and became his most steadfast supporter. In the Lifestream, Tifa helps him piece together their shared past and accept his true identity, before continuing the fight against Sephiroth with him.
