The story
Raised in Professor Asakura's laboratory, Shin accidentally acquires the power to read minds. He then becomes a contract killer and works under Sakamoto, whom he deeply admires. Years later, his organization asks him to assassinate his former mentor because he has left the profession, but the peaceful life Sakamoto has built and his determination to protect his family lead Shin to abandon his mission.
After leaving the world of assassins, Shin becomes an employee of Sakamoto's shop and a full-fledged member of his inner circle. His telepathy allows him to anticipate attacks and coordinate his allies, while his abilities evolve with each battle. He accompanies Sakamoto against bounty-seeking killers, and later in their investigation of Slur, notably during their infiltration of the TCG.
