About
The story
Shenron appears when the seven Earth Dragon Balls are gathered and the summoning incantation is recited. Created by Kami, it can grant wishes within the limits of its creator's power before disappearing and scattering the Dragon Balls across the world.
After Kami fuses with Piccolo, the Dragon Balls become inert. Dende restores them when he becomes the new guardian of Earth and subsequently enhances Shenron's abilities. His interventions punctuate the entire saga, whether it's resurrecting victims, repairing destruction, or influencing the heroes' destinies.
