The story
Grandmother and guardian of Momo Ayase, Seiko is a renowned medium who practices publicly under the name Dodoria Santa. Despite her strikingly youthful appearance and provocative nature, she possesses a profound knowledge of spirits, curses, and extraterrestrials. Her home is protected by powerful barriers capable of repelling supernatural presences.
Seiko intervenes when Momo brings back Okarun, still under the control of Turbo Granny. She helps the teenagers prepare for the confrontation with the yokai, then seals its consciousness into a maneki-neko figurine after its exorcism. From then on, she becomes the group's main advisor, sheltering, caring for, and training them as needed. Whether it's containing the Evil Eye in Jiji or identifying a new threat, her composure and experience are often crucial.
