The story
Originally from a rural village she finds stifling, Nobara Kugisaki joins the Tokyo exorcism school to live according to her own choices and reunite with Saori, a friend forced to leave the region. A third-class exorcist, she uses the Straw Doll technique: her nails, hammer, and Resonance allow her to strike a target through a fragment bound to it.
Alongside Yuji and Megumi, Nobara asserts an identity that refuses to pit strength, femininity, and ambition against each other. Her fight against Eso and Kechizu reveals her determination in the face of pain and her ability to synchronize her attacks with Yuji. In Shibuya, Mahito strikes her directly at her soul, leaving her between life and death. After a long absence, she awakens in time to use Sukuna's last finger and create a decisive opportunity for Yuji.
