About
The story
Muichiro Tokito lost his parents at a young age and lived with his twin brother Yuichiro, who initially rejected the idea of them joining the Demon Slayer Corps. A demon attack claimed Yuichiro's life and left Muichiro severely injured and deprived of a large part of his memories. Taken in by the Corps, his exceptional talent allowed him to reach the rank of Pillar of the Mist only two months after beginning his training.
Initially indifferent and entirely subservient to the logic of his mission, Muichiro recovers his past through his interactions with Tanjiro in the Village of Swordsmiths. This evolution allows him to protect Kotetsu, awaken his mark, and defeat Gyokko, Upper Fifth Moon. In the Dimensional Fortress, he confronts Kokushibo alongside Genya, Sanemi, and Gyomei, decisively contributing to his defeat at the cost of his life.
