The story
Gifted with the Explosion Quirk, Katsuki Bakugo grows up convinced of his superiority and bullies Izuku, whom he nicknames Deku. His entry into U.A. shakes this certainty: he discovers the power inherited by his rival and meets students capable of standing up to him. Kidnapped by the League of Villains, Bakugo categorically refuses to join them. His rescue leads to All Might's final battle, a responsibility he keeps to himself for a long time before understanding the vulnerabilities hidden behind his aggression.
Bakugo develops an ever-finer control over his explosions and learns to place saving others on the same level as winning. He reveals that he knows the secret of One For All, participates in Izuku's training, and eventually apologizes to him in front of the entire class. Mortally wounded by Shigaraki during the final war, he is saved by Edgeshot's intervention and then returns to fight All For One. Having become a Pro Hero, he then helps finance the armor that allows Izuku to resume his activities.
