The story
At the head of a vast army, Freezer conquers and sells planets while maintaining his dominion over numerous races. Fearing the Saiyans' potential, he destroys Planet Vegeta, then departs for Namek to gather the Dragon Balls and achieve immortality.
His battle against Goku awakens Super Saiyan and ends in his defeat. Returning in a mechanical form, then resurrected years later, Freezer attains his Golden form and continues his rivalry with the Saiyans. Calculating and opportunistic, he remains one of the most persistent adversaries in the Dragon Ball universe.
