About
The story
Angel Devil is an atypical demon employed by the Fourth Special Section of Public Security. Devoid of natural hostility towards humans, he is nonetheless dangerous: any direct contact with his skin absorbs the life expectancy of the person touched. He can then convert the accumulated years into weapons with supernatural properties. After the death of Himeno, he is partnered with Aki Hayakawa despite their opposing temperaments.
During the battle against Reze and the Typhoon Demon, Aki grabs Angel to save him, accepting the loss of a part of his own life. This act brings the two partners closer. Angel later regains memories of a village where he lived peacefully and of a woman he loved: Makima had forced him to absorb all its inhabitants before erasing his memory. When he tries to turn against her, the Domination Demon subjugates him once more and then uses his power and contracts.
