Delivery and packaging were very good.

The set was packaged together in an extra protective film. 

The figures are of good quality.

Franky was apparently a display piece at the manufacturer, unfortunately the packaging had sticky residue and the figure was dusty, which I've never had before. But otherwise the figure is top notch and has no defects.
